Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments booked through our platform are subject to availability. Reddy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen medical emergencies. We request patients to inform us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations.

Payments & Billing

Fees for medical consultations, diagnostics, and lab tests must be paid at the time of service. We accept various digital payment methods, credit/debit cards, and cash at our Lila Ram Market facility.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
